In Ensembl 103, and subsequent releases, we will be limiting the number of species represented in our gene trees and theĀ  BioMart data export tool. These changes are required to most effectively support our rapid growth in the number of available species.

Ensembl Rapid Release

We are excited to announce the launch of the Ensembl Rapid Release website. Ensembl Rapid Release is a new, lightweight genome browser designed to allow quick release of the latest genome annotation for a large number of vertebrate and non-vertebrate species.
