If you typically reach out to us via our web “Contact us” form, which is accessible in the footer on Ensembl browser pages, please note that, due to a temporary bug, the “email address” field is not mandatory. Unless you are logged into Ensembl, we will not have access to your contact details and may not be able to respond.
Please don’t hesitate to re-send your query if you have not heard back from us four or more days after contacting the Helpdesk. In the meantime, we’re modifying our contact form to collect email addresses.
